Serves 2 (simply double the quantities to serve 4) SERVES 2 PREP: 5MINS COOKING: 5MINS
Ingredients
200g spaghetti, linguine, or tagliatelle
120g Smoked salmon trimmings
1 tsp butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
150ml double cream
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
½ small bunch chives, finely chopped
Broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces (optional)
