Frozen Sea Bass

Our Farmed Seabass is sourced from responsible farms in Greece and Turkey. Many restaurants use these more cost-effective fish on their menus, and whilst not the same as Wild Seabass they are still delicious and can be used in exactly the same way.

Sea bass is a great low-fat source of protein, and a good source of selenium; which is a powerful antioxidant.
