Mackerel

Mackerel is quite stunning, with brilliant blue, black, green and silver tiger stripes running all along the top and down the sides. They are, of course, one of the best oily fish you can eat and very healthy.

These fish come cleaned and ready to cook.

Number of fish to the kg may vary depending on the markets that morning.

As well as being a famously rich source of Omega3; mackerel is also packed with vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K – it’s a proper 'superfood'!

Fillets

Each pack will contain minimum 300g.

The fillets will be carefully v-cut to remove the bones - a lovely preparation.
