Fresh Fish & Shellfish
We take pride in offering top quality fresh fish and can supply virtually any species; sea, fresh water or tropical, fresh or frozen. Our buyers know the fish markets from Scotland to Cornwall but when possible we use East Anglian caught fish and shellfish, usually collecting direct from the boat.
Catering For The Professional
Caterers are our main business. The professional cater appreciates that quality fresh fish is as flexible as his menu and keeps his clientele coming back for more. In recognition of this fact, we like to keep him happy, so our skilled filterers prepare fresh fish to individual requirements; filleting, skinning and pin boning at no extra charge. Ethnic restaurants rely on our fish for menu authenticity.
Wholesale With A Future
Setting us apart from the rest: Our free delivery is available six days a week with no minimum order. If orders are placed before 2am we can guarantee same day delivery. We also offer genuine wholesale prices.
